We're introducing a new account self-service workflow.

You can now manage your password and security info directly — no need to reach out for help with these routine changes.

1Change Your Password

Go to: myaccount.microsoft.com Under My Account → Change Password

2Update Security Info

Go to: myaccount.microsoft.com Under My Account → Security Info Manage 2FA, recovery email, and recovery phone number

3Forgot Your Password?

Go to: passwordreset.microsoftonline.com Or click Forgot password on the sign-in page

ขอแนะนำระบบจัดการบัญชีผู้ใช้งานด้วยตนเองแบบใหม่

ท่านสามารถจัดการรหัสผ่านและข้อมูลความปลอดภัยของบัญชีได้ด้วยตนเอง โดยไม่ต้องติดต่อขอความช่วยเหลือสำหรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงทั่วไปเหล่านี้

1เปลี่ยนรหัสผ่าน

ไปที่: myaccount.microsoft.com เมนู My Account → Change Password

2อัปเดตข้อมูลความปลอดภัย

ไปที่: myaccount.microsoft.com เมนู My Account → Security Info จัดการ 2FA อีเมลสำรอง และเบอร์โทรศัพท์สำรอง

3ลืมรหัสผ่าน?

ไปที่: passwordreset.microsoftonline.com หรือคลิก Forgot password ที่หน้าเข้าสู่ระบบ
